2–5 years of experience in cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or B2B prospecting
A strong understanding of ICP, offer positioning, and messaging frameworks
Experience analyzing outreach data
And more importantly — you should know how to fix what’s broken.
Ability to audit offers & scripts
A strategic mindset

Excellent communication skills
